As a summit event for the BioBridge Science Outreach Initiative, the festival will emphasize the importance and impact of science in our lives, showcase San Diego as one of the world’s most progressive regions for advanced science, and build upon the BioBridge three-fold mission:

Enhance the public image, understanding, and support of science by linking scientific, high-tech, educational, and local communities nationwide;

Empower our next generation of potential scientists by fostering the science experience through relevant, cutting-edge curriculums and leadership programs; and

Strengthen the future workforce by defining a clear path for progress from science interest into higher education and advanced science careers.
